Beginning Tumbling - Ages 6 & up (Prerequisite: T&T Basics or equivalent)
focuses on just the Floor event in gymnastics. It focuses on handstands,
backbends, round-offs, and preparing students to learn back handsprings. This
class is perfect for students in dance or other sports, but is also for anyone
interested in learning tumbling skills.
Handspring Class (BHS) (Prerequisite: Beg. Tumbling
or Beg. T&T)
The BHS Class is strictly focused on learning back
handsprings. Mastery of the Beginning Tumbling class or equivalent is required
for enrollment. Drills and stations will break down the back handspring to
perfect each element.
Beyond Back Handsprings
(Prerequisite: Standing BHS and running round-off
This class is just what it sounds-learning skills beyond back
handsprings! Front tucks, back tucks, aerials, layouts, Arabians, and twisting
tricks will be taught.
Parkour is the sport of moving along a
route, trying to get around or through various obstacles in the quickest and
most efficient manner possible, as by jumping, climbing or running, typically
in an urban setting. This class focuses on ways to move over and around
obstacles that is fun, creative and safe. By attending this class the students
will prepare to use the skills outside.

class is a great way for homeschooled children to have fun developing physical
strength, flexibility and discipline while learning new skills. Children of all
ability and fitness levels can enjoy fitness and build confidence together in
the gym during the quieter times of the day.
